Our communities have been asking for change for quite some time, and quite frankly asking hasn’t worked. Therefore, a faith-based collective of hip hop artists, media personalities, and activists formed a movement called the GOOD FIGHT COALITION in order to effect change through activism in black and brown communities
Not only is GFC demanding change against racist practices within black and brown communities, but they strive to become the change that our communities need.
GFC seek to:
-Dismantle racist police practices
-Improve financial literacy and economics in black communities
-Mediate issues of intra-racial violence within impoverished, inner city communities
-Provide resources through donations and charity for less fortunate
We know our people have a long way to go, but we must start with a fight!
